Frequently asked questions about pricing

When is payment by invoice available?

Payment by invoice is available for customers taking a Business Yearly plan or above.

For the avoidance of doubt payment by invoice is not available on Superior Monthly or Yearly, or Business Monthly. Customers on these plans should continue to pay in-app by debit/credit card.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

How do we arrange for payment by invoice?

If you wish to pay by invoice please reach out to us via live chat or by emailing support@statuscake.com. We will then ask you to complete a short form requesting some basic contact details, e.g. company name and address and so on, so that an invoice may be issued.

What are your payment terms?

Payment should be received by StatusCake within 30 days of an invoice being issued.

Do subscriptions when paid by invoice auto-renew?

Yes all StatusCake subscriptions auto-renew, including when paying for a Business Yearly plan by invoice. As per clause 8 of our Terms & Conditions if you wish to cancel your subscription you should do this at least 70 days prior to the renewal date. If you would rather have a Business Yearly plan on a year-by-year basis, then you can choose a non-rolling yearly plan by paying a supplemental uplift. Please contact support for more details.

Do you offer an discounts when paying by invoice?

The costs of managing payments by invoice mean we are not able to offer any discount coupons or 2 months free when paying by invoice. If these discounts are important to you then you should pay by debit/credit card in-app. We do however offer discounts for customers who are willing to enter multi-year subscriptions as follows: 2 years – 12.5% discount; 3 years – 25% discount; and 5 years – 40% discount. Where a multi-year subscription is entered into the full fee is paid at the start of the billing period.

What currencies do you accept payment in?

We issue invoices, and accept payment in the following currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, SGD, and CAD.
