StatusCake maintenance windows have recently been re-released with improved features.
Having listened to your feedback we decided that it was time to completely revamp the system and offer something new and more functional. You will now be able to set time periods where you will not be notified of your site downtime; an excellent solution for telling our systems to automatically ignore things like late night scheduled server restarts. You can create as many maintenance windows as you like, and apply them within uptime tests.
In the past you could find this section within each individual test, but now we have given it it’s own section, just click “Maintenance” in the StatusCake Dashboard to view the page. Here you can set up windows by entering the desired start time and duration, the time zone used will match the one selected in the user details section of the account.
You can preview the window that you have set up before you create it to ensure that the future dates are all correct, once it is submitted you can simply add it to the Maintenance field in by editing a test and going to the test settings section. All of the windows that you set up will be viewable on the maintenance page. Maintenance windows are available on all StatusCake paid plans.
