If you are a StatusCake customer paying for a monthly or yearly subscription by card, you will find a copy of the invoice within the Billing area of your StatusCake account.
If you are providing accountancy services to a StatusCake customer, whether as an in-house finance team member or as an external professional adviser, then you should contact the StatusCake account owner and ask them to provide you with copies of any invoices you require.
You can also ask the StatusCake account holder to contact StatusCake support and ask for your email address to be added to the distribution list for invoices. Please note that when invoices are emailed out, rather than accessed via your StatusCake account, a link is provided to enable you to download the invoice. For information security reasons this link is time limited. Where a link has expired you should contact the StatusCake account holder and ask them to provide you with copies of invoices
Please note that we are not able to discuss invoices with anyone except the StatusCake account owner. If you have any queries about an invoice then these should be directed via the StatusCake account holder, or where a change is required to invoicing details – e.g. the company name or registered address on an invoice – then you should contact the StatusCake account holder who will be able to action these changes for you within the StatusCake account.
